Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 Scope
MMG Infotech Private Limited ("MMG", "we") provides enterprise software development, software licenses/subscriptions, and related professional services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made to us, including payments processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
02 Software Licenses & Subscriptions
- License and subscription fees are billed in advance for the agreed term (monthly / annual / per-deployment).
- You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
- Fees already paid for the current term are generally non-refundable, as access/services are provisioned for that period — except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
03 Custom Development & Project Work
- Custom development is governed by the signed proposal / Statement of Work (SOW) and is typically milestone-based.
- Advance payments cover work, planning and resources already committed and are non-refundable for work completed or in progress.
- If a project is cancelled, settlement is made for the work delivered up to the cancellation date as per the SOW.
04 When a Refund May Apply
A refund may be considered where:
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was made;
- A paid service could not be provisioned by us and no alternative was accepted;
- A specific written agreement provides for it.
Refund requests must be raised within
7 days of the payment, with the transaction reference, by emailing
gaurav@mmginfotech.com.
05 Refund Process & Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days of approval; the exact credit time depends on your bank/card issuer.
- Applicable gateway/processing charges (if non-recoverable) may be deducted.
06 Non-Refundable
- One-time setup, deployment, on-site, training and customisation work already performed;
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g. hardware, certificates, licenses).
